Wheel help!!!
Hey all. Over christmas my car was at my local dealer for an estimate to have some body work repaired on my vehicle. While it was there on Christmas day all 4 of my stock e63 wheels and tires were stolen off the car. Car was left on blocks.
So I need new wheels....
Since my insurance is picking up the cost of new rims and tires(dealer is claiming no responsibility)
So heres my question....
instead of ordering a new set of e63 5 star two tone wheels I am thinking about ordering a different AMG wheel. I am thinking about either the CL AMG Wheels or the new C class AMG wheels. Both come in a two tone finish.
Can anyone tell me if the CL or C class AMG wheel offsets will fit on the E class?
I need to order new wheels through the parts department no later then Tuesday morning.
Anyone have a suggestion? Anyone know if either tires stock offsets will fit on the car? Feedback is greatly appreciated!

Sorry to hear about this but WTF is with your dealer not claiming responsiblity? Was it on their property, was there a tag for an R/O? If so they are responsibible for lot damage and/or theft.
I would first address that with the dealer or have your attorney send a belated holiday demand letter

id say get the SL65 wheels in two tone. Stock look and authentic AMGs. They are a bit expensive though, specially via dealer.

I think the C class wheels might fit with spacers but they arent that wide.
I am not sure about either though- the wheel experts need to chime in.

That sucks what happened to you, but now is your chance to get something maybe forged multipiece depending on how much your insurance gives you. What ever you go with it has to be something you can get quick so you won't be without your car for long

yeah I had been thinking about going ahead and ordering my dream wheels but my understanding is M-Concept would take a month or so to make them and all that...so would be without wheels way too long....

Sorry to hear about your trouble with the wheels being stolen... You would assume the dealer would take some responsibility for the theft... At the dealer I work at, we had 2 sets of Dodge Charger SRT wheels stolen this holiday season, non customer cars... I guess being winter season, theft is more likely to occur... Hope your cars back up and running soon!
