try LeaseTrader.com... you can pick up the balance of somebody else's lease... one thing I noticed is that you might be able to find an E63 or E55 with decent monthly payments, but in most cases, the residual value/buyout price at the end of the lease is way more than what the cars are actually selling for in the secondary market these days... used car values have taken a plunge, and the residual value assumptions will have to go down on any new car lease in order for the dealer to avoid taking a big hit when the car is returned... so if dealers price in a lower residual, the monthly payments will be higher since you will need to pay for all that extra depreciation - simple math... for example, '06 E55's coming off lease right now have buyout options around $45-50K... these cars are trading for mid to high 30's, so the finance companies are going to take a hit as these cars come off of lease since they will not be able to sell them for what they assumed they would when they wrote the lease 3 years ago... as a result, if you wanna lease an '09 E63 today, the dealer is going to bake in a much lower residual than he would have a year or two ago - and you will pay for that in the form of higher monthly payments
