Hi All

I recently installed a Brabus lowering module to my 04 E55 and it doesn't appear to have lowered the car at all????

I followed the instructions to the letter and have checked and double checked my installation.

There is no adjustment on the unit as I believe the modules with adjustment are for cars equiped with ABC.

The LED is flashing but I don't know whether that means it is working or not.

Please give me some advise before I rip the unit back out again.

I have the Renntech module and it does have controls for adjustments. I am running the airmatic, not ABC.
Flashing light is good. Means there is power going to the unit, but still doesnt sound like its hooked up right if the height hasnt changed.

 

I have double checked the whole install but it hasnt lowerded the car at all.

Hopefully some clever person will come up with the answer.

Hmmm... have you tried... calling... Brabus?

 

Yes called Brabus in Germany as no one in the UK seemed to have a clue.

Brabus, as helpfull as they tried to be, sent me the fitting instructions that I already had.

I have done some google searching an found one or two others that have had the same problem but no one replied to their requests for help.

Be sure its specifically for your model year W211 or it won't work.
If you're in the US, call Brabus in Newport, they were helpful on my install.
