on the e55 amg 211 exhaust system. It looks like there is 4 cat's 2 at the front and 2 in the middle is that right are they all cat's

If they are all cats and i wanted to remove just one set of cats. which ones should i remove to gain a little hp the front 2 or the middel 2 which 2 cat's would give me the most gain ?
I dont want to remove them all coz i dont want a problem with the cop's

also if i remove the cats and then tune my car would every thing be ok or would i be getting light coming up on my dash ?

Yes. All four of them are cats. Front ones are primaries, the ones after are secondaries.

Remove the primaries will gain you more HP. The secondaries are mostly for sound.

Removing only the secondaries will NOT give you a CEL.
Removing the primaries WILL give you a CEL. However, there are two ways to fix it. 1) ECU Tune / Turn off via Star 2) relocate the primary o2 sensors after the seconaries.

 

if i put headers and then remove all the cats and resenator but leave the stock mufflers would the car sound good or just load and cheap ?

are the secondarie the same style cat's do they flow the same as the first cats or do they flow more ?

 

It will sound louder but not extremely. Factory AMG mufflers are built well for their purpose.
