It was freaking gorgeous. It also had the Designo dark brown leather. Not sure what the exact name of the color is.
How do you guys think a matte white E55 would look? With matte black rims and accents.
How much would a nice paintjob like that cost?
OT: How would it look on a 6 series? How much do you guys think that would cost? My friend wants to know.
Thanks in advance.
Edit: And I dont even like the SL body that much. That really says something.

Ya it had some CF. Dont know if it was "dry" or not, but the spoiler was deffinitely CF, and I think the rear diffuser was too. The car was magnificent.

Ya. I've been comtemplating it on my car, and I was just talking to a friend and he wants matte black for his M6, I'm trying to talk him into matte white. If it looks anything like the MB paint I think it can make any car look good. It looked like matte pearl white TBH.

Sorry, I ddint think about it at the time. I'll take pics next time if it's still there. Maybe I'll call my service guy and have him take the pics and E-mail them to me.
I hooked him up with one of those AMG Cafe shirts, he cant say no. Lol

I saw the SAME exact car at Herb Chambers in Boston. It had a carbon fiber decklid spoiler and also carbon fiber diffuser. It was BEAUTIFUL! It was also a special edition (1 of 60 or something to be made) and had a sticker of $160K.
I can take pictures On friday and post here if people are interested.
What is the difference between dry CF and not-dry CF? I touched the CF spoiler and I have euroteks CF rear decklid spoiler and splitter on my E55. The spoiler on my car is more shiny and glossy. The one on the SL was more smooth and not as shiny. Both look good just looking for some more info on this as I dont know much about CF!

Vinyl wrapping woul dbe great, but are there any downsides to it? (heat messing it up, scratches tearing it off, stuff like that?) It would be great for my friend who's M6 is currently leased.

If "dry" is what I think it is then ya, he one at Downtown L.A Motors had dry CF. The CF version of matte. Lol.
Gorgeous though.
And the C63 in that eBay is beautiful too.
