So you can get the whole kit for 1300? Nothing else is needed? How much should install on something like this run (with fixing the wiring harness)? Are the part numbers and applications the same for E55 vs. my Cl55?

Book is about 6 hours. you need to remove the SC and replace the TB. I have seen one guy do many in 3 hours by just lifting the front of the SC and doing the swap on the car.

Not sure about Cl55 wiring. The Es, changed once after '04 so there are two configurations but the setup works either way.
