09 E63 lease deals

Anyone getting good deals right now? Seems that the residuals went down, most likely due to the new model year.

I'd like to see the $999 deal come back in the next month.

Any info on the yearly $999 lease deal?

I've heard nothing from the dealerships. So I'll just extend another year and cruise into the new bodystyle.

I think you can develop your own super lease payment, the dealers are giving the 63's away. I posted this in a few other threads here:

I saw a deal come by office the other day:

2009 New E63
Invoice 91k
Cash sales price 69900

You dont need subvented rates or trunk money to make a solid lease go down if you can score a deal like this (I said if).

For instance- 10k miles/36 months with the above net cap cost (69900) and a msrp for 96k (guestimate)... this would be your payments (circa) with 8.75 OC tax and GG tax removed (3k from the msrp). I used a 46% residual (43+3 for 10k).

1094.00 incuding tax... almost the same as 999.00 plus tax.

This is very interesting considering that a full fledged drop to $70K for an '09 will blow the lid off all the '08s. The 46% residual makes the deal attractive as well, not to mention a zero down lease. Will be very interesting to see what happens here. Especially as so many 09s will need to be moved. Do you know about any other cars available under this heavy discount?

I dont know of any others, that was probably a one off deal with a customer who probably had an in with the store....

The 08's are dropping but it depends on location, Milwaukee and Big H had a nice drop in value but Riverside was not so fortunate:

04/09/09 RIVRSIDE Factory $67,750 4,936 Avg IRI SIL 8G A Yes
04/08/09 MILWAUKE Factory $58,750 4,060 Below BLACK 8G A Yes
04/06/09 BIG H Regular $57,585 7,188 Below Silver NON N Yes
04/03/09 RIVRSIDE Factory $68,500 7,179 Avg ARC WHT 8G A Yes
04/03/09 RIVRSIDE Factory $66,500 2,216 Avg BLACK 8G A Yes
04/03/09 RIVRSIDE Factory $66,000 7,188 Avg IRI SIL 8G A Yes

2006 E55 Wagon (RIP), 2019 E63S Wagon (Sold) 2023 AMG GT634S
The condition on both those cars at Milwaulkee and Big H are "below average" and the Big H car might even have an engine issue (thus the NON[E]) in the engine column. Not sure these are truly representative of having a nice drop in value.

MMR reads different than most believe or know... the codings for engine are not always populated-- 8g is 8 cylinder gas, so the one that is blank doesnt mean its a 6 cylinder or messed up (we all know 63's are 8 cyl gas engines) its just wasnt input at time of sale.

Below average is an indicator of price only with mmr after the sale... the cars could actually be in better shape than the "average" or "above" readouts. This is why you will never see a "below" price above an "average" or an "average" higher than an "above". Its just the way they do things and lower prices are not an absolute indicator of bad quality via mmr. Market, location, bidders, demand, etc drive these prices up and down.

The factory prices are goofy. Apparently these "factory" sales are Mercedes-Benz dealers only. Maybe these are the best cars especially when acquired in a friendly circle jerk. Question, does anyone know why the prices are so much higher for these auctions?
