Your favorite Tuner and why.

I have had great success with VRP as many on this board have. There are many tuners to choose from and my choice is VRP. A class act guy with class A products. Likewise, there are tuners I would never ever deal with in a million years. Let's all share our experiences and what we've learned from them. By favorite I mean the entire package. The personality and the products. Let's hear what made you decide to go with a certain tuner or against another. I will share mine mid way through this thread.

I vote for HYEVON Motors.

They have done my pretty much everything in my motor and I couldn't be happier. Car is running stronger then ever! I have put about 7k-8k miles on the "package" and besides running stronger with every additional mile, it still brings a smile to my face. My car is a daily so it's important that the car drives as it did stock but still goes like a bat outta hell when I want it to. And it does!

I know that if ANYTHING were to ever go wrong with the car, they will stand behind their products 100%. Serge takes his time to answer all questions that anyone may have(Trust me, there were ALOT from me...and there still are... thanks Serge )

It also doesn't hurt that he is a trained factory technician. He is the ONLY guy I go to when I need things done for the benzo. Why go anywhere else? Running mid 11's with a Stage 3 is proof that their products werk and it'll only get better. (I have a couple things up my sleeve...It will still remain a Stage 3 )

There are quite a few people here on the forums that can vouch for HYEVON. MANY of the members on this board have already either met or been to Serge for help, whether it was for service or to have their performance needs met. With HMS right next door to them, they are your true one stop shop. Performance from HYEVON and everything else (wheels, tires, audio, body kits, paint, etc...)from HMS. What more can you ask for??? I consider them the underdogs of the tuning world for the benz's. Be ready as HYEVON cars will be comin up soon!

LET/Eurocharged is my favorite company. They have allways had perfect customer service and all of their products prove that the performance works!

All of the guys at LET/Eurocharged really know what they are doing and will go above and beyond to help the customer!! I think to this day there is not even one unhappy customer from them!

Just look at the tuning days and the awesome turnout! It proves they know what they are doing!!

Thanks again to all of the guys there, and to everyone else, keep an eye on some REALLY cool new products coming from LET/Eurocharged

Can I vote twice? Mad props to Kleeman (really cory) and LET.

How a vendor resolves problems is key to the success of the relationship. Proving great products is only 50% of the battle (IMHO).

I would also do business with VRP based on all the positive feedbacik.

Your worst nightmare...
Clearly for me VRP!!. The power delivery and first hand service. Not to mention got my car down to a 10.72 ET...just remarkable for the first 1/4 mile showing with this package.

I voted VRP only because Vadim was not on there as an entity.

Vadim has been very courteous and was/is always willing to answer all my questions through private msg or over the phone. I went with him and his VR600 package because he had proven numbers on the dyno and has a great rep on the board. While installing the VR600 package, if I ran into a snag, he was always available. To me its all about customer service, and Vadim doesn't skimp on that at all.

I put Kleemann as #1 for me based on Cory & Chris Chapas @ C2 Designs; top notch customer service across the board. These are the things that really matter if you ever need assistance.

However, I've also had an excellent (though limited) experience with LET, and am very happy with my heat exchanger from them.

VRP, I've had good experiences as well, but again limited to an CF Airbox, cover & tubes purchase.

If I lived in Chicago or LA I'd probably be choosing the others due to the proximity of excellent service, but for now it's Kleemann for me.
