Plus means you need a brake service too.
Check the w211 e class forum they have a sticky on the FSS.

Yeah it means you have to do a Brake Service (Inspection). The letters are estimations on how much time the service will take to do. G is saying 7 hours. It's the second to last. They go from A-H 1-8 hours. Here is a link to a PDF on the service book and instructions to read and clear out the service info.
