Your Thoughts on The Best Products to Clean Your Benz
I like Zymol products for washing and waxing.
I also use Eagle 1 Chrome and Wire Cleaner for the wheels. It's the best I've found!
What do you guys use?

Have always liked the Wolfgang products. Meguiars Gold Class car wash seems to work very well for basic washing, Wolfgang for polishes/waxes/sealants, and Poor Boys for tire shine.

I've never used Zaino, Wolfgang, or Poor Boys. I'll have to check into these products. As far as KPMW.....I NEVER let the MB dealer was the ride. I make sure they put on the work order "DO NOT WASH." I've seen the way they wash at three different MB dealerships. They wash and immediately take outside to dry-leaving those annoying water spots!!!
I wash/dry mine in the garage where the sun won't dry the car as I'm washing. Black cars, unfortunately, require a bit more work than lighter colors. I do, however, wash the Cayenne (it's white) in the sun without a problem.
True, no substitute for a good detail shop. Although it becomes a pain taking it to a detail shop when you only need a quick touch-up.
As far as drying, I use a good quality 80% polyester/20% polyamide drying cloth.

+2 on the Menzerna. One of the best polishes I've used. I rate it better then Wolfgang; and if your in California you can't even get Wolfgang-- it's illegal.
Just make sure you get your pads right, for example white lambs wool for polishing, and you'll be good.![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
For a quick wax job, I like System One. It cleans the plastic trim and doesn't leave any residue between the door jams and such. It cleans practically everything it touches.
Products like Mothers and Meguiars are ok I suppose, in my opinion they are just well advertised and deliver sub-par performance.

Agree with others, Menz polishes are tough to beat - 1Z Einszett and 3M have some offerings that are very close, though.
For car wash/cleaning/sealant stuff, I've really liked a wide assortment of Chemical Guys products that I've used. Waxes... best "lower-cost" option I've used is Collinite 845 and 915; higher end, Zymol or Swissvax make great products.
Agree w/ Akademiks that Mothers and/or Megs are okay... but there's better stuff out there IMHO. Only exception to that is the new 105 and 205 polishes from Megs; they're supposed to be really good, I look forward to trying them out.
Check with MBW sponsors Detailed Image (Greg) and/or Detailer's Domain (Phil) - they're very knowledgeable, and customer service from both has been absolutely top-notch in my experience.

I forget what website I tried ordering. I get all my supplies from a detail shop in Newport Beach and they said they couldn't get it either.
That said, I've found ways around this problem.
Problem is, I buy in bulk so my solution isn't very practical, but it works.

I stopped to get gas one day and noticed it. It's like $8.00/gallon.

I used to use this stuff in my Gixxer. It was a lot cheaper filling up a 4 gallon tank versus the E's 21 gallon + reserve tank!

zymol wax, luv it. As far as washing, I wash my own and use Mcguires for interior, regular water for the chrome rims and any kind of car wash with some canuba wax in it
