Got rear ended over the weekend and the guy pushed in my right side exhaust

does anybody know how much 1 new amg muffler cost from the dealer,

do they sell them seperately,

if your deductable is $500 , then have insurance pay for it,, or better yet
just make a claim with his,,

the dealers do sell them seperate, depends on what model and year the car is,, but should be anywhere from $900 $1400

Also, even if your bumper looks fine, I guarantee that there is damage behind there to the impact absorbers, plastic, pins, etc that should be checked and fixed.

I do not recall exactly what the exhaust runs but I am pretty sure that one "bank" is around $1K +/-.

I figured there was more damage under. I got to say, the e w211 can take a hit. The guy hit me pretty hard but there was little comestic damage.


I am going through insurance but was hoping to switch out my exhaust to an aftermarket one.
