Car doesn't start...then it does??

Car doesn't start...then it does??
For the past week, my ignition has been acting strange. When i put the key in and turn it, everything comes on, but the car doesn't start. I turn it back to position 0 and try again and it goes, usually.
A few times, i've had to pull the key out and try 3 or 4 times.
I had the guys scan it and there were no fault codes. Funny thing is, after he scanned it, for a whole day, the car would start on the first try.
Now it's doing it again.
Anyone had this happen?

How is your battery voltage?, could also be the battery in your key. I had this happen in my E55 after it sat for a few weeks.
