'09 CLK550, '18 AMG GTR, '06 C55 AMG, '25 GLS450, 09 E63

Transmission gear ratios for 5spd

Hey guys. I just had someone ask what were the transmission gear ratios for the 5spd transmission like the E55 and my S600. I had some hits on a search engine but nothing that was specific to our cars. Is it in the owners manual?

Final Drive Ratio: 2.65

I believe the S600 is the same.

am no wiz at this but i am pretty sure the e and cls are the same gear ratio 2.8 somthing

The E has the lazy 2.65 rear.

sorry i stand corrected i think the sl has the 2.8. both the E and cls have the 2.65

am not sure but i think the S 600 or the slr/clk dtm have the 3 and over ratios
