well its always better to have a tune.
if u run the kleeman headers without one, u will eventually get a CEL because u get rid of your primary cats. u also wont be taking full advantage or the mods.

Running higher boost with a 172mm pulley you will need to adjust fuel maps and timing to accomodate the pulley. jikjak is right about the kleeman headers, but if you run a shorty header and dont need to remove the primary cats, dont need any tune......serge
