Front rotors have small cracks

My E55 has 23K miles. I have never touched the brakes. I noticed the other day that my front rotors have very small cracks coming from the cross drilled holes. Is this common? I assume I change the rotors and pads ASAP.

It is normal and does not mean you have to replace them.

How do you drive without touching the brake?
