E63 brake pulsation

at 7500m, brake pulsation, pads/rotors replaced under Warranty. Now at 23k, they are doing it again. Anyone have a suggestion for better rotors that are less prone to this for the same money, or at least a true replacement rotor that is as good but not $900 a piece?

I have over 15k miles on my car and never had this problem I've taken my car to countless drag strips (power breaking) and a couple of road courses and still never this problem Do you think it maybe caused by something else other than the rotors themselves?

Evosport makes a light weight high performance rotors for the W211 that I've hard good reviews on from many people, so you may want to check them out.

This is only my opinion so don't take it personally, but I believe it to be from how you break the rotors in. They should be GENTLY heat cycled a number of times before you mash hard.

As for replacements, I have the EVOSport ones and love them.

Oh Jangy, I'm really pissed now! Just kidding - this seems like a valid potential reason. How much are the Evosport rotors, and what are they made of, and do they fit the e63 calipers? Z

I've seen as low as $1500 and as high as $2k (retail). Dunno what they are made of but I am VERY hard on brakes and haven't warped mine. I did wear out the hardware going to a few drag races and burning the crap out of the tires and braking, but EVO warrantied it right out. I had worn my rotors thin and they charged me small change to replace the rotors too. The rears fit an E63 for sure. I am alomst positive the fronts also fit, but I have never actually tested them. i have put E63 rotors on my 55k and they worked.

BTW, if you don't hate me yet, just give it time. You will end up being a bud or hating me. Dunno why
