Yes, the outlets are in a slightly different location, and it's possible the inlet location is also different - due to the need to make it mount on the 219 chassis. Internals are probably identical.

08 E 6point3-sold- 11 caddy cts-v-sold, 2012 E63 Palladium Silver
mufflers
from looking other muffler, tehy look the same except for the outlets like mentioned, they will fit on a E with slight mods. Just a bit of info, SL mufflers also fit on our cars with small mods to make them fit,

I dont see why they would use different mufflers from the two chasis
