CEL: P0130 OBDII Code...

CEL: P0130 OBDII Code...
On Sunday, the CEL light came on shortly after exiting the freeway. Here is the data. W210 AMG (I know this is the W211 forum, but this forum has a much broader base of knowledge and higher traffic)
P0130
02 Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
Open Loop
ECT 176 F
8.6% Throttle
5.6 in/hg
1750 RPM
34 MPH
From what I gather this is the pre-cat O2 sensor. Car is running perfectly fine. I cleared the code and am waiting for the code to come back.
If it does, I'm sure it's time for a new O2 sensor correct?
