Dash with Parktronic?

Dash with Parktronic?
What's the difference with the dash if a car has or does not have parktronic? I've been shopping around for a dash and the dealer/shop asked if the car has parktronic so I'm wondering what the difference is.

E55 then E63, now back to an E55
In addition to the audible beeping, both front dash and rear headliner have a small light bar, (left + right sides of car next to each other) as you get closer to object more lights come on.....
Maybe look on ebay or something for close-up pics....
