depends on your dealer, but any aftermarket part/accessory can void the manufacturers warranty. also depends on what component fails, if your power seat stops working they won't care, if something drivetrain related goes they may.

Can you switch out the pulley easily to pass an inspection when you take it to the dealership?

So it wouldnt be wise to do the pulley/tune if i have a warranty?
