I was out of town for a few days, my car started right up (battery did not seem low at all) but I noticed that night all of a sudden the gauges all seemed pretty dim. I have now driven the car for two days (as if the alternator needed to charge battery) and the problem has not changed at all. I definitely do NOT ever remember the lights being so faint. Is there a dimmer switch/scroll anywhere (no one was in my car to mess w the settings).... but this seems odd - I can hardly see them at night!

Try turning the odometer reset button to brighten them

Can you elaborate on what that means? Sorry, just want to know in case it ever happens to me. Thanks. I assume you mean go to the Menu and change the Brightness?

no you dont have to go to the menu. the odomter button has a dimmer switch built into it, so when you turn it, it brightens the dash lights.
