Solar-powered fan... is there any way to adjust it?

I have the pano roof and the solar panels that come with it. I've read that we have a fan in our cars that kicks on to keep the interior ambient temperature from getting too hot.

However, when I leave my car in the sun, even for 30 minutes, I come back out and its roasting. Just as hot as my gf's car that has no fan. I have tried hitting the AC rest button when I get out, and that works for about 30 seconds, but it doesn't help much.

Is there any way to adjust the solar fan?

I had solar panels on my '03 E55 and they worked fantastically. I also had a good amount of tint on the car but man I miss that option. There is no way to adjust the fans but if you are saying they aren't making a difference they might not be working at all.

Mine does pretty well for about an hour in direct sun. The air it blows is not AC, but I'm sure if you were running the AC before shutting off the car it would circulate somewhat cooler air for a while. I noticed that it works best when the sun is scorching but outside air temps are cool. You don't get that oven-in-car effect under those conditions if you were out for a short time and the fan is working.

it happenes here alot in Middle east

but i know one thing that, if i unlock it from the remote key, and walk then go into it, i can feel the air is coming out from the A\C which will be cool , due to the A\C was on before.

but if i open the door buy touching it , the fan will not blow air.
