Stage 2 E55 vs. Audi R8 V10
On my way home from work last night I had one of these things do a ricer fly by on me. It sounded insane I might add. As he did the fly by, I jumped on the beast to let him know that I was game.
Before anyone gets excited, that was the most fun we had. I will get pics of it up off my camera phone if someone could host it for me. I looked it up when I got home and it is Audi's race car 5.2 FSI V10 6 Speed Manual supercar making 525HP and around 470TQ and weigh around 3500lbs.
Do you guys think I would have outrun him? I see him in my neck of the woods all the time, and I have a feeling this will be settled pretty soon. See my mods in my sig.
What do you think??
I am sure I am making around 500whp/570wtq give or take a few.

I saw 2 silver ones...I will check again to make sure they are the r10's. There are A LOT of fakers in this area.

... and beating an R8 V8 is not big deal IMO even for a W210 E55!! (Straight line of course)

The V10 is a slightly detuned engine version of the Lambo LP 560-4. So it should be slower but by how much... dunno
As for the release date I did some research at the 6speed Audi site and saw that at the earliest, the release date is Q3 2009 as a 2010 model. Anybody with a tangible date?

Cool! Did they guy have HRE wheels on his car btw? There is one in Marietta that is lowered and has an scca sticker on the window and it is red also just curious.

With the times your whip pulls there isnt many stock Supercars that can hang with your times . not unless u get into the $350k+ plus range . except for maybe a zr1
