No dyno numbers yet, soon to come tho... my guess would be around ~500 +/- 10-20HP??? According to Scott at Renntech, he claims over 600HP at the crank I'm no drag racer but I will try this summer

Actually fronts are similiar in size but I think the color 'white' makes it seem much bigger. Rears I have to change out as they've sent me the same size for the rears That's what happens when you order thru Ebay.
Thanks for helping me out with the lowering links I feel confident that I'm not the only LOCO one on the streets

Nice car,
Is it possible to explain the headlight conversion? are they the complete assembly or just the headlight covers?

Thanks! Adjustableairrides.com Lowering links. Learned it from this forum. Easy install, did it myself. Fronts really easy, like 5 minutes on each side. Rears, tricky to get to 'pull off' and 'pop it in'. I used a little grease around the rubber openings which helped it slide into the little metal ball joints much easier. Links, 7mm, lengthened, in fronts and 5mm, shortened, in the rear. But i had to play with it few days to get it to exactly how I liked it for both cosmetically and functionality, mainly comfort.

No issues so far, knocking on wood. Offset for the rears were very aggressive, +35mm so without the 285/25/20 profile tires, it would have rubbed terribly. There are prolly less than 3mm between tires and fenders. They appear to rub, but it doesn't because of the lower profile tire being stretched over 10" wheels and curved perfectly away from the fender It looks MEAN!!

The car was built by the owner of MB Auto, an authorized Renntech dealer, in Pompano Beach, Florida. From talking to him extensively about the car, the brake conversion was very easy according to him. He ordered the parts from Mercedes (OEM calipers, rotors, and pads for an '08 SL65, expensive!!!). No hub spacers or extending brackets were fabricated to fit those in. They bolted right into the existing OEM E55 brackets. Love the brakes. Literally, I can give myself and passengers a whiplash if I slamm the brakes With stainless steel brake lines, the best brakes money can buy for these cars... And you DO need them if you did any mods IMO.

But are you saying that it pretty much came like this when you bought it? I was under the impression from your first post that these were your mods? Or did you do just some of them(?)
Nevertheless, it looks nice

Thank you.
Sorry to confuse you... Yes, the most work was done by the previous owner, the body, Renntech, brakes. I did wheels, suspension, cosmetic stuff here and there and some exhaust work.
I am still modding, at least i tried to... I don't think there's end to our obsession or should i say, disease
My next project would like to be differential and possible custom Cams but not sure yet I kinda like the way this car is set up right now. As I said, I am no racer or like to do burn-outs or try to get into the 10's club.
I just like to sit back and enjoy the car as some girls looking at their prized jewelry or something Not too aggressive but enough to put grin on my face everytime i take her out That's what matters the most...
