2004 E55 AMG 75K Miles Silver $20K....Good Deal?

Hey guys of the MBWorld.. Kinda a blunt first post but I just happened across a quite clean 2004 E55 AMG with 75K miles on it. It is a repo but it looks like it has been well kept. I do happen to have a shot of getting it for around $20K-22K possibly so I was wondering. Is this a good deal for an 04, what problems should I look for, and how is the mantainance on this car with it being 75K miles. I was wondering also how the supercharger holds up with this many miles or will it need a rebuild.

Hope to be around here more in the future.

Being a Repo the floor is set at 20K so far. Looking up the vin it is loaded with the vented seats, keyless, bunch of other bells and whistles.

4 wheeled car.
One thing about a repo I'd be worried about, is whether or not, it was repo'd courteously, meaning, with keys given to the bank, or taken "by force," meaning towed out from who knows where.... I'd personally stay away from it.

That is true for 99% of the repo cars on the lot. (You can tell from all the other cars with busted bumpers and dents everywhere. This car was spotless all the way around while also having no evidence of towing on its bumpers. Out of the thousands of cars I viewed yesterday only about 10 were any good, (Also saw a clean new XJR) and a Triumph Sprint ST. Everything else looked beat to crap.
