Anyone in PA/NJ have a stock front wheel I could use for a week
I had a bit of a mishap in NJ on 4th of July. Bent HRE and slashed front tire. I gave the wheel to a repair shop and they messed it up. So now they are going to powdercoat the face and I am waiting on a new lip from HRE who are on the west coast. If anyone close can let me use a stock wheel that would be great since my car is jsut sitting in my driveway on a jack stand now

i hope to have the new lip in from HRE by the weekend. so orderingsomething doesnt make sense. got a few friends looking for a wheel around here....so far nothing.

As bad as this sounds - if you would have caught me this weekend I could have given you my spare - Parents live in Devon, Pa and I was home for a wedding - sorry to hear about your mishap.

your car came with a spare? what size is it. mine does not have a spare, just the tire fix kit and it had the pump too but someone stole it before i got the car...

Yeah - it came with a full size front spare - stock amg wheel with Conti rubber. I lucked out because the previous owner ordered it separately and the dealership that sold it to me was unaware that it was in the trunk - I'm pretty sure they would have jacked it and left me without a kit and said "hey that's the way they come" if they knew about it. Apparantly the AMG's don't come with spares in an effort to keep the weight down.
