New E55 owner

New E55 owner
Hi, my brother has bought an E55 2003 from California from 3-4 months,
we have received it from 2 weeks cause of the shipping to Lebanon then to repair it, now the car has finished.
I want to know if i can find the previous owner of this car (maybe on this forum), cause i want to know which tune is on this car.
This is an 2003 E55 gray with black/blue seats and 19" OEM black painted rims, vin# WDBUF76JX3A277213, salvage car front impact.
As modes, this car has K&N air filters, ASP 181mm pulley kit and a tune,
I just found that this car is not running like it should, i installed the LM-1 wide band on it and found that the A/F ratio is 9.7 to 10 after primary cats, this mean that the car is running too rich which is the cause of loosing power, because of that i want to find the previous owner if i can and find which tune is installed to do a retune.
