Euroteck GTG

:Hello All. I would like to give a special thanks to Neil & his Crew for putting on the met & Greet at his South Florida shop. Euroteck fed us lunch & the much needed Cold water . It was very sunny to say the lease. All the cars were over the top . Gary's S-600 with the Subtle 2 tone paint was very unique and really popped in the right sunlight.. Heck I even had a few lookers & tire kickers on the Smart 4 2. many thanks to all the people I met there . P.S. I saw some of the Pictures , I need to go back on a Diet

It was hard to tell the exact number, since some people left earty then some people started to come at different times. I would say it was somewhere like 35 cars at the most busy time.....Which was much better then I would have ever though!

That was a Renntech SLR...Halmut from Renntech actually drove it to the meet. I am not sure how much of the kitchen sink was thrown into the SLR but it was verrrry nice. That is a carbon fiber orgasm molded into a supercar.

I just have some minor mods to the car so I probably wouldn't get totally embarassed considering the SLR is 3-4 times more than the SL65 and supposedly 500 lbs lighter (3900lbs vs 4400lbs...someone correct me if I'm wrong).

Probably a stock SLR with my "slightly" modified SL65 would be a closer race.

Overall, there were so many great cars there and guys that were truly car guys that I was so happy to get to know. My only regret was not having the E55 there to play with the other E55's and C63's...
Next time the OG Beast will be attending.

Stock SL65 weigh 4555 lbs, Stk SLR can boogie I've seen 126-129mph traps on Dragtimes, you'd have your hands full & then some w/modded RENN-SLR, def need full VRP825 kit

Where is your shop located? I should be in Florida for a week or so in a few weeks and was thinking about stopping by to check out the shop.

I'm guessing you meant Hartmut from Renntech. I hear he's really cool and has built some fast cars. I wonder what was done to that SLR

BB , Hurtmut Is really a nice cool guy, Doesn't carry a large chip on his shoulders, Talks & laughs with all. The guy who came down with him (SGC) , is a really good shoe. The car (I think) belongs to Steve Tyler, Some guy who plays in a band with a long tongue.
I think Hartmut said the mods were -- brakes, Crank pulley, Exhaust & ECU tuning
Cheers _PTEngineering
