A/C questions...! Please Help!
I have an 04. The passenger side blows out cold air just fine every time I turn on the AC. However, the driver side blows out air...NOT COLD at all. I called the stealership, they told me it might be a vent problem. Is it true? Can anyone confirm? Or do I need to add more freon into my car? Please help!
Thank you!
Thank you!

AC systems should never need a "recharge" of freon. It is a sealed system. The only time it needs a recharge is if it is leaking, and then you have to fix the leak first.
All those commercials that offer a "recharge" are BS...they are selling you that but when you get there, they will be looking for leaks and selling you the service to fix the leak then recharge.
Think about this, when was the last time you had to recharge your fridge? Works on the same concept.

Just wanna give you guys an update....
It was a simple case of low refrigerant. It needed an A/C service...a little over $100 at an indy shop. A/C is now ice cold again after service.
