Anyone change out factory head unit and replace with after market? If so what fits?? Will 05 211 unit play Mp3's?

I replaced my factory unit with an Alpine W505 double din. It's a lot of work.

We also replaced my speakers, added amplifier and subwoofer.

MCSQ6.5 - Memphis MClass 6.5" Component Speakers Front
MCSQ6.5 - Memphis MClass 6.5" Component Speakers Rear
JL Audio 10W7-3 Subwoofer
JL Audio 500/1 Amplifier
