FS: Bolt on Shorty Headers

Custom made set by JP Headers. They're fully functional, but they were never cleaned up or heat coated.

I ran the headers on the car for over 2 years with no problems at all. Noticable gains, but never dynoed it. Never melted any parts or plastic near the headers. Complete bolt on with no removal of cats necessary and no CEL. As far as I know, it will only fit and clear an E55, not sure about other V8K models.

$800+ shipping obo

W209, E46 M3 (dead), S54 swapped E46 Touring
is the header flange design the same for all M113 engines?

i'm guessing the only problem with fitment would be the clearance around the header

I would assume so since its the same engine, but cant say for sure. Not sure how much clearance other cars have between the headers and other components.

Just an observation...

But damn so those look crunchy for an 800.00 price tag. I suggest sending them off to Jet-hot (or similar) and for a few hundred they'd be all nice a shiny and you could probably charge more for them too. Nice looking design though.

they arent crunchy. They dont look pretty, but its uncoated, so what do you expect. I could send them off to get cleaned up and coated, and get more money, but I dont see the need to. I didnt melt anything for 2 years, and performance gains will be minimal with the coating. Just trying to sell a solid product that works without the extra flair. Im also open to offers!

How much horsepower do you think you gained roughly and how much torque if you were to take a good guess at it? Do you remember how much you paid install labor costs? I have shorty bolt on headers for my 04 E55.

I like the looks of the outlet angle.

What size is the collector ID?

Average gains are 32-34hp for evo and Plm.

Should cost 4-5hundred for install. Shop around it should cost the same as replacing the stock manifolds for any shop using a labor guide

oh wow really only 4-500? People on this forum have told me 800-900 before just for the labor costs. I need call around to find a reputable shop in Chicago.32-34 hp is a decent small gain.
