I rode with a friend last night and left my car at his house. When I returned today to get my car the battery was dead. I jumped started it and got her running but the instrument cluster warning lights are staying on. It's like the key is still in position 1 or 2 to where the Check Engine, Brake, ABS, etc. are still on. Also I can turn the radio on and off without the key. I have keyless go too. It was storming last night really bad, don't know if that may have caused a short or something. Does anyone have any idea of what may have happened?

As long as my car is unlocked I can use the radio without the key in the ignition(no keyless go). As far as the lights go, I'm not too sure, but there's a chance some of them are there because the battery was totally dead and codes are stored.
