When I was looking for an E55, I almost bought a 2004 E55 from an individual in Texas. The car is silver with 60k miles and loaded up, including Pano and Alcantara.

From what I can tell this car is absolutely perfect, but I ended up buying a 2004 with 46k miles.

No, not a dealer. An individual. He bought it off the dealer's showroom floor used, and then got forced into retirement. He is in the process of moving from Texas to Myrtle Beach, SC.

Can you even transfer a cpo warenty?I was told only a dealer can sell a cpo and once private the cpo is gone.

This isn't my car. I only ran into it while I was searching and found another one that I bought. It seems like a great car, and I know how hard it was for me to find a nice one, so I posted about it.

If you want the contact information, PM me. He is asking $27,000, has all records, and has 9 months left on the CPO. I believe once it is CPO'd, it transfers to anyone who owns it.

You can transfer the CPO & MBZ extended warranty if it is a private party purchase (i.e. the car moves from one person to another and NEVER through a dealer).
