Or it sat outside with nothing covering the engine bay for a while. Nothing like leaving a car out in the elements. I'd take it for 10k though.

I don't know exactly what parts it would take to get it up to spec. I'd put the E63 front clip on it if I was rebuilding one. But to answer your question I'd be willing to put another 5k in it to fix it. As in I'd pay 15k for a complete inspected low mileage salvage titled E55. Not like I'm looking for one, but that's the price range I would pay for one.
