Loss of Power

I currently have 47K miles on my 05 E55 and it feels like it's not running like it used to. In the summer with the heat and the a/c on it runs a little sluggish but I'm not sure if I got used to the power or if the cars losing hp.
Anyone else feel the same any suggestions?

ps. i'm due for an oil change in 3K miles if that's also a reason.

More than likely your IC pump is on its way out.

Already at 47k? Should I tell the dealer that it feels like it's losing power or tell them to check the IC pump?
