If one thing can surely be preached its the importance of a tune. Ali had all the right parts but no tune, once you tune his car it's a completely different beast. WOW once again. Can't hear to hear about the experiences on the strip/street/ and on unsuspecting cars that want some of a clean white E55. The car is a freak!

guys. imagne another one tuned here beat me. we started at 70km, he jumped a bit fron me and at mid 3rd gear i was coming close to him, then we reduced the speed.

his tunes are;
200mm pulley, made locally
80mm TB
vrp intake + tubes
intercooler
headers
removed cats & resonaters
LSD
light allow wheel
semi slick tyres.


i am sure if we reached till 4th gear, i would've been in front of him.

PS, my friend in other e55 behind us saw something like he had NOS, cuase his rear bumper showed nos traces. and he goes to a tuner shop every couple days.


but the look on his face was that he is shocked, because he is known as the fastest. 100% i would've beat him @ 4th gear.

and if AF devices were available on the dyno.

i could reached 550rwhp and killed him from the begining.


currently im satisfied and i may upgrade to a bigger pulley.

I had the same jump in HP when I had pulley and NO ECU..

I went from 380ish to about 470ish.. with 178mm and LET tune.

The TUNE for our cars make all the difference with a bigger crank pulley.

On my C32.. (no bypass valve) tune is optional.

Congrats on PC, but I had the same success with LET back in 10/2008 and with the newer version 08/2009, the beast is even better.

Can't go wrong with a TUNE from PC or LET.

Perhaps you should look into Long Tubes such as MBHs as they put out another 40hp or so above shorties.

yah, i know, but it still i can get 20rwhp with tuning on another dyno that has AF ratio

i may order MBH LT, they are craazy.

I happened to notice that this was done at 90deg F. Can only imagine what it would be at 50deg. Maybe another 40-50 hp.
