When I was driving the AC started to blow hot air and then I noticed that the EC light was on I try to press it but nothing happened the light stays on, it will not turn off. Anyone know on how to turn it off?

Your system has lost it's charge and the protection circuit has shut off the compressor (EC light). It is best to find and repair leak rather than using a can of R134a with stop leak in it.
what year is it and how many miles? also check under the hood, check the lines near the connections for any dirt build up from seepage, check on the condensor for seepage, if a rock hit it. also check the reciever/drier connections for build up of dirt, it should be damp build up since it has oil in the system, when it escapes it stays looking fresh.
