guys maybe they got the pictures mixed up... this looks like one of those company's that call individual sellers to help them sell the car. offering finance to buyers and what not...

I was thinking the pictures were mixed up too, but it is a unusual posting that lists a monthly payment price. I think it's just an ad and not really representative of whatever it is they are trying to sell. The VIN is an E55 VIN though, not that that means much in this type of posting.

I sent them an email notifying them that it's definitely not an E55 in the pics... let's see what they say.

Already did! They called today,(somehow Ebay gave them my #), and the girl said it was a file photo. I asked what color E55 they had and she said Black. I asked if it has Pano, cooled seats and she said no. I said well the ad says it does and shows a flint grey car. She put me on hold and came back on and said "Oh we do have a flint grey one as well". Sounded like a scam. She is supposed to email pics of the real car.

Very carefully taken photos, these guys know this is not an E55. Think its just an ad to let you know they can get you a E55, but it is not a true ad by any stretch.

They are a legit dealer..that is actually where i got My E55, but they definetly got this one wrong
. Not sure if its a scam, as it can also be a marketing strategy since they do stock nice machines like M5's, CLS, SL, PORSCHE. They got me with a similar fashion...not the best deal one can get but here I am a few ponies later and enyoing it ![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
