Test Drove 2010 E63

2010 E63, 2008 Range Rover Sport, 2010 GLK350
Test Drove 2010 E63
Got 15 minutes of seat time. Here are some points I noticed:
1) NO ALCANTARA HEADLINER!! At least not in this one. It had the pano roof.
2) Dynamic seats are BACK and move and all that BUT only on the driver this time. On the plus side, the buttons are much more visible and are placed on the SIDE of the driver seat as opposed to under it when you can barely see it.
3) You can control all the climate control with ONE button now. This was a major pain before
4) The headlights turned on look amazing. The LEDs and even the parking lights are the best I have seen in a while
5) The sound of the engine is even better than the old E63. This baby sounds sweet
6) On sport 2 plus, the ride is pretty harsh BUT the handling is very very good. I am talking BMW M5 good. Honestly. I only got 15 minutes behind the wheel but lety me tell you they greatly improved handling.
7) Braking and brake feel is top notch.
8) In person, the car looks great from all angles. You have to see one in person before you judge. I am sold. I may trade in when my warranty is up on my W211.

Yea I was pretty surprised by the lack of an alcantra headliner. And also the dynamic seats only being on the driver side.
Also, forgot to say, the steering wheel feels great and is also much improved.
Lastly, the car tells you what gear you are in even if you are not shifting manually which is pretty cool.
The navi is also voice actiavted and is pretty good now (maps and pictures are much better)
