Rotten Egg Smell
When I get on it, I get a obnoxious rotten egg smell. 04 E55

Anyone?

E55 then E63, now back to an E55
Supposedly the sulfur smell is normal, from running it hard. Comes from the cats. Or so I've been told.

+1 IF found to be bad,they should be replaced under warranty.

Your cat(s) need to be replaced. The easiest way to find out is to take a laser thermometer gun and check surface temps before and after the cats. If one shows a much higher reading post cat that will be the one that's clogged.
