Front Suspension

I am about to purchase a 2005 with 80k miles, what components of the front suspension have owners here experienced to wear out first? I would think replacing the upper and lower ball joints would be due maybe outer tie rods, not looking to rebuild the entire front end.

If the bushings are original I guarantee they are cracked at 80k miles. I would start with tie rod ends, all 4 control arm bushings, and then do ball joints. Once taken apart you might as well just do it all at once. Your car will feel new after you do all that!

Then the rear tow links and the rear main control arm bushings will one day need to be replaced too. Again one take apart just replace everything and be done with it!

It gets mushy with time, so do as Cyn suggested. There are now parts for the rear and some trick ones soon for the fronts to add to the fun...
