01 CLK 55 AMG
blue looks ricey

gold looks out of place

black shouldn't even be an option

red is your only option other than keeping them silver and trust me it will look good! Ever heard of Brembo??!?! They're red for a reason!!!

Anyone that thinks that's ricey is a ra-tard. Looks clean.

AMG GT-R
I've always loved the "Big Reds" found on Porsches. And I really like bright colored calipers on many different cars, but for whatever reason I just don't think a Mercedes can pull it off as well. I don't consider them ugly or ricey or anything of that sort when done to a Benz, I just don't think it makes the car look better. (the cars posted above do look sick though!)

I do think, however, if you added some subtle red lettering that could be a way to add a little color. For example, keep the caliper silver, keep the AMG logo in black, but in smaller red text below the logo add for example "Performance Brake System" or something something...whatever. I remember seeing a picture of Ferrari calipers in silver with the same sort of color scheme, however the red lettering said "Carbon Ceramics etc etc."

Here's an example, except this one obviously isn't silver...

2006 CLS55 AMG Sold 2010 E550 Coupe totaled '13 SL550 current and loving it!
Leave them stock or like someone said, techtite or some shade of darker grey. Red is played, yellow looks good on a black or white car, the blue is interesting depending on other exterior mods. Stock probably looks best.

I voted red. I love your garage and where can I get a floor mat like that?

Well if that is the case the graphite like that Ferrari would be nice or something dark/rich like red? IMO the car as is in the pictures just looks clean and matching all over especially with the side markers being switched out to the clear. Now that you are breaking it up a bit with the diffuser and emblems I'd pick a color to break it up as well or maybe new wheels. Any plans to smoke out the tail lights? Definitely post pics up once the new installs are completed it should help everyone get a better picture of the newer look!
