I"m about to purchase this 05 E55 with 59,000miles . It's got all the options like navi , keyless go , pano roof and dynamic seat.

Anything i should look for at this mileage ?

Run away, very fast! If anyone says that car "has all the options" then it is a scam. A truly well optioned car will have things like Distronic, Parktronic, rear door and hatshelf sun blinds, tire pressure monitoring and the most important Bi-Xenon headlamps. Of course there are the obvious things like the optional Kompressor, 8 piston front brakes, and the non sleeper AMG body styling effects like bumpers, and side skirts.

Look at all the 2006 cars available and try to "afford" one with lower miles. Take the car, under no obligation to purchase, to a MB dealer and get it checked. Also, take it to a body shop, and have the owner look it over to make sure there has been no paint work. Don't worry about the options so much as this car is mostly loaded anyway. Keyless go is a nice option to have, the other options well you will never miss.
