I am experiencing problems with opening the rear doors using the exterior handles. The keyless entry is working on both hanldes but when you pull handle to open door it acts like the door is locked. Every 5th or 6th try it will open sometimes on partial release and then full release.
Anyhelp would be appreciated.
I have tried to remove rear door door panels to inspect handles but they seem to be much harder to remove then front door panels.

Let me clarify problem. The doors are unlocked. Lock pins are in upright position. Pull outside handle, it either acts like it is still locked pulls freely but does not release door or pulls to first position and then a second pull opens the door.
