If we do this, it will have to be either on December 5th or December 12th because on the 19th, as Evan mentioned, the Arizona event is going on. Then on the 26th, people may be very busy with holiday events all the way to New Years.

Okay guys I need some input on the time of the session. I was thinking evening but I'm worried we might run into some moisture problems towards the evening. Sacramento is already a slippery track and moisture will only add to that. There is the possibility of running a morning session or maybe even a split....10-12 private 12-4 TNT and 6-8 private. Let me know your thoughts.

This will be the perfect event for everyone to have the shot at the record. Most think this track is magical and now's the time to either shut it or show up.
BTW...bring your DR's otherwise you'll be left standing on the line. This will be a no excuse track event and lets have some fun. I also look forward to running URnext to see who has the quickest MB out there, it will be a very good race....guaranteed. I'll let everyone know right now, I'm going all out for this event and everything is coming out....out with the seats and in with the race seat. I'll also be adding a 100 octane race file if time allows. Full disclosure on this one with no excuses.

I ended up deleting it. I appreciate every one's input but at the end of the day it is what it is and I'm going to stop worrying about it. I was never into trap speeds up until mine came into question. I'm just going to get back to having fun and not care about it anymore. As for records and all that other stuff (dragtimes) I'll leave that up to you guys and just continue to try and beat my own PB's. Regardless of my trap speeds I honestly believe my car is fast and that's all that really matters, is what I think.

Josh, Rick or any other member that made Famoso please come. This will be a great event if we get enough participants. It won't be anything like Famoso but as long as we get at least 15-20 cars to show it will be a blast.

I know I am in the wrong section, but no one mods their GLK's for racing, so I am looking for help here.
Can anyone help me find out what the record 1/4 mile time for a GLK 350 is? All I have found so far is a time for a completely factory GLK which was 15.03 @93.? mph. Looking for 3.5 V6 times not the modded GLK 6.3's. Thanks in advance guys!

I'm telling you guys, this will be the best time to run. Everyone should break all their records by a mile here since it's such a fast track. There should be no reason why you wouldn't....no excuses. Cars that might typically trap 120 should be doing well over 123-140...haha jk.
At our last track event we had 8 MB's and everyone broke records....or did they?
