I was at the track yesterday and the car was off and i was playing the radio, the command froze up on me and shut off. i unplugged the batt and then it went to normal without steering wheel functions working, i have since then reset batt and it has not worked like normal. i took the batt to batt plus they charged it and said it was fine, nav screen came up but no info on where i was headed on the cluster and it only says N and change song option was not working and the volume it even gets stuck sometimes. im running low on ideas and have searched a ton.\

any input appreciated. thanks guys

 

You ever resolve this issue and if so how? Yesterday the same thing happened to me and now I am left wondering if I have any option other than the Stealership?
