Scheduled maintenance
My E55 just turned 40k miles on it and I got the scheduled F maintenance needed. I have spent the money on the others but all of them were just a rubber stamp session. I give the dealer $500+ and he spends an hour and tells me that the car is fine. I am seriously considering just getting the oil and lube and passing on the schedule F.

From what my service advisor said the whole thing is sort of a scam. Basically the letter just tell them the amount of time that needs spent on the car or some crap. I am like you, I change fluids and belts when necessary and skip the stupid alphabet!

Ditto -
I went to MB for an oil change and requested a certain tech. It was due for schedual D which the tech just cleared while doing the oil service. Drive the car and enjoy it, just pay attention to what it's doing. You should realize if you need something like belts, wipers, cabin filter, etc.

I rather just change the component than just pay to get inspect.
They just charge so much money to do check up !
I did some research, here is the price came up for few services:
- Supercharge Belt $150 (include labor)
- Oil pan Gasket, Valve cover gasket $500 ( about 60K )
- Engine and Transmission mount $850 ( about 60k to 80K, if vibrate)
- Break flush $150
- Radiator flush $150
- Transmission service $250 (I did it in Dealer)
- Splug plug + wire change 100K miles
Basicaly just do oil change and do those flush and service on time.
Dont spend money just to check up ! (IMO)
