What does the P30 package include other than the limited slip differential? I have an '07 E63 AMG, can someone tell me if it is possible to order the P30 package NOW? Or do you have to order this option when you purchase the car? Many thanks.

The option was available only pre-factory and not an add on. However, I can imagine that if you really want it, the dealership or any other high performance shop can install the components but it will cost you a lot of money to add the option to an existing non-P30 car.

On the E63, the option includes:

- Alacantra-Covered (on the sides) Steering Wheel for 2007 models and flat-bottom black series style steering wheel for 2008+ models.

- Top speed governor raised from 155 mph to 186 mph.

- Stiffer suspension based on Airmatic DC.

- AMG's Limited Slip Differential with 40% locking ratio.

- Different Style Rims (rear rims 1/2 inch wider)

get a tune and a quaife differential and you are half way there . The P30 wheels are nasty IMO .
