Unhappy All electrics GONE!

Car sat in the garage for 1-day, then BAM! No electricity at all. Absolutely zero. It ran fine the other day.

I plugged in the charger, battery level was at 0%! I'm currently charging it back up, but I suspect that the battery will drain back to 0% again!

What could be the problem? I am absolutely sure that I didn't leave any lights or accessories on.

I don't think it's the battery, since the failure was so sudden. I wonder if it's an electric gremlin in the car, sucking up all the juice while I'm away.

Arrrrgh!

0 ???? 0 volts=broken battery, internal damage. What dose your charger indicate for a charge rate?

Hmmm.... it's showing 12.2 - 12.3 voltage while charging.

is it possible that the battery was of age and a few cells just went bye bye? i know these cars have battery distribution modules just as our previous vehicles had, and after researching this forum for various info i remember seeing posts where there were battery drain issues via bad modules...

i'm hoping for just a bad battery though! any luck yet jerry?

Same happened to mine a few days ago. Currently in the garage being tested.
They think it could be a faulty SBC pump that keeps drawing current from the battery.
other possible problem is the internal gateway and the CAN BUS........

Will wait and see.
