Anyone w/ These EBay Spoilers?
There are some very inexpensive rear spoilers on eBay. I'm not one to believe that if something is inexpensive it automatically means it's bad quality. Has anyone bought one of these and installed it? I'm mainly interested in the painted spoiler (peuter).

I have one and to be honest, though fitment is xlnt, there are a few waves on the surface, not perfectly smooth. But, I'm ****, and nobody else have noticed. Now the CF rear diffuser I purchased on Ebay is flawless.

pearlpower, that looks really good! Could you give me the seller IDs for the wing and diffuser, please? Also, how much you paid, if you don't mind. Lastly, is your car peuter? Looks like it. If so, it won't be too hard to imagine how mine will look. I promise to not go all out and make a clone of your car with the same bits all around :-P

Here you go. I installed it with the bumper on the car. A flex drive drill makes things so much easier. I just used a flex extension on my Dremel with a drill bit. Home Depot sells a right angle drill bit for $20 if no Dremel is available. Removal of bumper is another option.
The yellow lines are where I installed screws to keep it planted. The screws went from the back through the factory black diffuser but not through the painted bumper. The black factory unit remains on the car. I tried HD double sided tape but it was a no-go with gaps and I cannot stand gaps-I'm **** about those things.
Screws I used were from Home Depot with neoprene washers-about $5.00. I just taped the CF diffuser on the car where I wanted it, drilled a pilot hole through the REAR of the bumper diffuser and through to the new CF unit, install screws, tighten by hand-not too tight. The two side screws do go through the bottom of the rear bumper.
It has not budged a bit since my install, quality is good. Very happy with it.
Purchased from 4amotors on Ebay.

Any more pics and details of what you have done to the car? Looks great! Are those 20"s? Looks like your rear tire might be backwards??
